Outlining ICT Blueprint
The first problem arose just after we start preparing a note, a screen and keyboard with a blank word processor software. Too many ideas from where to begin or, often, no idea at all to write.
The best friend ever, Google, give a little help about ICT blueprint. The number of documents shown using ICT blueprint as keywords are just fewer than if we use an actress' name.
Often, just like developing a good thesis, we need some outlines that ofcourse, outlining of what we want to write.
Is there any ICT blueprint outline out there??
